Dealing with Stakeholders

Dealing with stakeholders, especially groups of stakeholders, during a meeting can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.  This is even more challenging when you have one or two members of leadership in the room with their subordinates that may not want to voice their opinion in fear of contradicting what their boss might say.

Add to that fractured conversations that might pop up when you hit a topic of particular interest to one or more of the participants, and the distraction that can cause.
